Jab ham kisi sarkari yojna ka labh lena chahte hain to hame bahut se praman patron ki zaroorat hoti hai jisme aay praman patra bhi hai. Aay praman patra aap apni family ke kisi bhi age ke member ka banwa sakte hain kyonki aay praman patra parivarik hota hai. Parivar ke sabhi sadasy ke liye saman karya karta hai. Aay praman patra 3 saal ke liye manya hota hai. Aay praman patra bharne ke liye aapko UP citizen services portal par apna registration karna hoga. Agar aapko nahi pata hai ki UP citizen services portal par kaise registration karte hain to aap hamari purani post padh sakte hai.



Aay Praman Patra Online Form Bharne Ke Liye Documents?

Aapko bata de ki income certificate apply karne ke liye apke paas kya-kya documents hone chahiye-
  • Photo (passport size ). 
  • Aadhar card ya voter card ya koi aur id proof.
  • Self declaration-download here
  • Aay ka Praman- Sabhasad ya parshad ya warden ya gram pradhan ka likha hua, ration card, salery slip ( vetan parchi) etc. 
  • Sabhi document scan karle aur unka size 100 KB se kam rakhe. 

Aay Praman Online Form Kaise Bhare?

Sabse pahle aap apni citizen id login karle aur avedan bhare ke option par click karke aay praman patra select kare. Ab aapke samne aay praman patra ka form khul jayega.

Ab sabhi details ko savdhanipoorvak bhare. Apni tehsil chune, apna mobile number, apni income ka source fill kare agar aap majdoori karte hai to majdoori bhare, nahi to jo work karte hain wo bhare, phir apni annual income bhare, apne sabhi documents ko upload kare. Ek baar dekh le ki jo details aapne bhari hain wo sahi hain ki nahin. Phir check karne ke baad darj kare ke option par click kare. Ab jo file aayegi use print karle ya save karle.

Agar aap save ya print na kare to bhi wo file aapki id save ho jayegi use dekhne ke liye avedan ki soochi wale option par jaye. Ab avedan sankhya copy karle. 

Payment

Ab payment kare aap chahe to file print karte samay hi payment kar sakte hai nahi to seva shulk bhugtan ke option par jaye aur copy kiye hue avedan sankhya ko paste kar de aur submit karke proceed with payment par click kare apna payment option select payment kare.

Payment successful hone ke baad apka aay praman patra Tehsildar ko bhej diya jayega. Phir ek ya do din me Tehsildar apka aay praman patra avedan apke area ke Lekhpal ko bhejega. Phir Lekhpal janch karke apni report lagayega aur phir Tehsildar ko bhej dega. Phir Tehsildar dwara aapka aay praman patra aapki citizen services ki id bhej diya jayega. Ye aay praman patra aapko nistarit avedan wale option me milega.
